Stretch, unwind and socialize with other like-minded mums in my weekly mums and bubs* yoga sessions. These sessions are ideal for mums who may be getting back into fitness/exercise following the birth of their child.
Sessions feature gentle yoga and may include: breathing and body awareness; stretches; seated and standing asanas (poses); reclined poses using yoga props and guided meditation. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and poses can be modified to suit your needs. Many of the yoga asanas are selected so that participants can hold their baby or keep their baby in their lap whilst achieving the yoga pose.
Please note that it’s okay if your baby cries during the session – it’s expected that this will be a noisier class!
Why should you come to mums and bubs yoga?
· No prior yoga experience required
· Small, intimate classes
· A great way to release tension from neck, back and shoulders (nursing mums know what this feels like!)
· Exercise while bonding with your baby
· A great way to meet other mums (or bring your mum friends!)
*For babies 12 months or younger
Sessions run each Friday during the school term. $20 per session (or enquire about a term pass).

Counselling can support you with various issues including: anxiety; depression; feelings of stress and overwhelm and recovery following a trauma. But did you know that combining talk therapy with yoga and/or meditation can help you to process and move through ‘tricky’ emotions? Yoga and meditation are fantastic tools that can help you to manage life’s stressors.
Sessions are private and confidential and conducted in a 1:1 environment. Please note that currently, I am offering sessions to people aged 16 and above. No prior yoga experience required.

These sessions are all about you! Are you constantly feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Experiencing poor sleep? Struggling with back pain? Whatever your health concern, a personalised yoga session can help! We know that yoga is great for our overall health and wellbeing, but did you know that there are specific yoga practices that can help you with various health concerns?
Prior to your session, I will make a time to speak with you (or, in the case of a child, a parent/guardian) via phone or email to ascertain what you’d like to achieve in your session. I will then design a session targeted towards your specific health/wellbeing needs. In session, you’ll be guided through various yoga asanas (poses) and you’ll gain insight into the benefits of these asanas and how you can incorporate them into your daily life.
Sessions are private and confidential and are available to children and adults. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. No prior yoga experience required.

· You’ll receive a booklet of yoga poses that you can take home so that you can continue putting these skills into practice
