You can do this in one of three ways:

  1.  ​Yoga: book into my weekly mums and bubs yoga sessions (for babies 12 months or less) or my monthly restorative yoga sessions. A great way to stretch and flourish!
  2. Counselling: talk to heal and learn yoga and/or meditation techniques to help you deal with life's stressors.
  3. Personalised yoga sessions: struggling to sleep? Wanting to lower stress and anxiety? Looking to flourish? Yoga can help you! Book in and experience a session tailored to your specific needs.

About Me ...

 

... Actually, I'd like to talk about you! 


It's likely you're a busy person and probably juggling multiple roles: career woman; wife/partner; mum; friend; daughter ... to name just a few! But how often do you really give yourself a chance to rest and recharge (and not feel guilty about it?).


Open any women's magazine or read any online parenting article ... what do you see? Expectations! Whether it's to have the 'perfect' body, be the woman who 'does it all' or be the mum with 'all the answers'. No wonder we're all so stressed and exhausted! I want to see women who are kinder to themselves, prioritise their health and wellbeing and know that they're doing the best job they can! 


That's the inspiration for my business - giving women a chance to just 'be'. It's time to make yourself a priority so that you can flourish and thrive!


I teach gentle yoga (absolutely no previous yoga experience required) and my aim is for you to feel in control of how you move and stretch and to work with your body's limits (believe me, I used to do ballet/dance and I spent years trying to make my body twist, turn and move in ways that it isn't capable of!).


Here's three quick facts about me:

1. I'm a Gippsland local; born in Moe, raised in Morwell and currently residing in Traralgon with my husband and our dog, Nellie the staghound.

2. Since 2014, I've worked as a counsellor in various locations across Gippsland, counselling both children and adults in the areas of general and trauma-focused therapy to engender healing.

3. I've been passionate about yoga since attending my first yoga class back in 2005 and in 2021, I qualified as a Level 1 Yoga Teacher. 


My mantra is 'talk to heal, stretch to flourish'.
